A lot of clients, both old and new, ask which classes they should start with and how to make things more or less challenging depending on skill level. Well, let us help you with that...
We've made a lot of changes in the studio since our inception, including new classes, new instructors, new retail and a new studio design. The one thing that has stayed the same is our signature PBX method which combines modern Pilates, strength training and cardio. If you're brand new to Pilates - or exercise in general - our Sculpt, Core Jump & Barre classes are the perfect place to start.
In addition, a lot our clients are coming off of injuries or having babies and Pilates has been proven to be one of the best, most-effective rehabilitation exercises you can do. Especially for clients that are coming back from an injury, we recommend easing back into things with private sessions. Our instructors know how to work with a wide range of ages, skill levels, and specific injuries. So if you ever find yourself in that situation, make sure you let us know so we can get you back on the right track while helping build your strength back up.
